Preventive oral health care refers to the steps taken to maintain good oral health and prevent dental problems before they arise. This includes regular dental check-ups, brushing and flossing, a healthy diet, and avoiding harmful habits like smoking. Preventive care helps to keep teeth and gums healthy and can save patients time and money in the long run.
Dental check-ups are routine examinations of a patient's oral health that are typically recommended every six months. During a check-up, a dentist will evaluate the teeth, gums, and surrounding tissues for any signs of disease or decay. Regular check-ups can help to detect and prevent dental problems before they become more serious.
Completing your smile refers to various dental treatments to address cosmetic issues such as chipped, cracked, or discoloured teeth. These treatments include teeth whitening, veneers, dental bonding, and orthodontics. You can improve your appearance and boost your confidence by completing your smile.
